Photo rights
By submitting the photo(s), the participant confirms that the image rights belong exclusively to him, i.e. that no third party can assert any rights to the submitted image. The Mazda Classic - Automobil Museum Frey receives the non-exclusive right to use the photo for its own public relations work indefinitely, free of charge and irrevocably. This includes distribution on the museum's social media profiles (e.g. Facebook and Instagram), on the website https://mazda-classic-frey.de and other digital forms of distribution and, if necessary, in printed works. When taking a photo of himself or herself, the participant also gives his/her consent to the unlimited, free and irrevocable use of the photographic record of himself and any other persons depicted for the purposes described above.

Supplement to data protection
In order to take part in the photo campaign, it is necessary to provide personal data. The participant assures that the personal information provided by him, in particular his name and email address, is truthful. The Mazda Classic - Automobil Museum Frey points out that all personal data of the participant will neither be passed on to third parties nor made available to them for use without consent. An exception is the company PoLi Marketing GmbH commissioned for public relations, which must collect, save and use the data for the purpose of carrying out the photo campaign. The participant can revoke his declared consent at any time. The revocation must be sent in writing to the email address fotoaktion@mazda-classic-frey.de.
